The Angelics work with a number of benevolent ET races that have installations in, on, or around earth. The locations of these installations are kept under wraps so as not to give the dark forces any opportunity to infiltrate them. Therefore, John Q Public is unaware of their existence and location as well. It's the old adage, "Three people can keep a secret if two of them are dead."

Our forces received a communique from one such benevolent ET race that is working to protect our oceans and seas from military weaponization. They'd discovered something on the sea floor that they wanted the Angelics to see for themselves so contacted Jmmanuel to send someone to do just that.

This benevolent ET race does not want contact with Terrans and had never had contact with any Terrans.
Jmmanuel decided he'd send his brother, Teedeh to travel to their city to examine this sea floor discovery.
I begged to be allowed to go along...but Jmmanuel said absolutely not, they did not want contact with any Terrans.
Thank heavens for Teedeh or "Teeds" as we call him. He said to Jmmanuel "Well now wait a minute. Gracie's an advanced diver...What if I need a second pair of hands? It's not going to hurt to at least ask if they would allow her to accompany me. All they can do is say no."

A whole lot of channel clearing went on before this race agreed to let me accompany Teeds.
"Woman, you best be on your very best behavior!" Jmmanuel warned me. I promised him I would be.

Teeds and I traveled to the Ichaboid city in a type of USO I'd never seen before.

Its exterior was largely clear, made of an ET material that resembled glass but was virtually indestructible so could withstand the psi of the water at the depth we were traveling to without imploding. In addition, this glass-like material manufactured its own light - a must at the depths we were traveling to as it's pitch black at those depths.

The interior of this USO was rather like that of a hopped up conversion van but everything was telepathically operated.
As we got in the vicinity of the Ichaboid city our craft was suddenly surrounded by Merpeople! I'd always thought they were mythical but Teeds said no, they were predecessors of land dwelling Terrans, as was the case with many ET race's aquatic predecessors.

They appeared to be both friendly and intelligent.
I put my palm up to the 'glass' side of our USO as if to say hello and one of the Mermen came up and put his palm against mine as if to return my greeting.
It never occurred to my to try to communicate with them telepathically. I was too fascinated by them to do that.

There are different species of Merpeople that have different appearances but these Merpeople looked very human from the waist up. Their hands and feet were webbed. They had much larger eyes that were more deep set than ours, I'm sure to enable them to see at depths where there was no light. They had a bony ridge running the length of the tops of their heads but other than that, they looked like us - although I saw no hair on their bodies whatsoever.
This photo is not Photoshopped, CGI or AI created. It is an unretouched photo of a Merman taken by an oceanographer. His daughter was so fearful upon seeing this photo that to this day she won't set foot in an ocean or sea.
The Merpeople swam alongside us the rest of the way to the Ichaboid city, as though escorting us. When we were in sight of the Ichaboid city they swam off.

The Ichaboid city was an enormous domed structure made of the same ET glass-like material our USO was made of. It was absolutely beautiful. Teeds guided our USO into a kind of hatch where some device lifted us up to its main level. We were greeted by a group of Ichaboids.

They were tall, I'd estimate 7' to 9' tall.
They had the appearance of being half fish, half frog.
Their facial structure was similar to that of a fish. They had a set of gills on the sides of their faces as well as 2 respiratory systems that allowed them to breathe on land or in water. They had a dorsal fin the ran the length of the top of their head. Their hands were webbed, their nostrils, mouths and eyes looked like those of a fish.

They had a set of pectoral fins at their waists.
From these fins down their bodies looked like those of a frog and they had webbed feet.
They did stand and walk upright although their walk had a kind of frog-like hopping quality to it.
They were telepathic communicators although they also had a verbal language we terrestrial humans would be incapable of reproducing to speak it. So we settled on my calling the spokesman of the group "Ichabod".
They were extremely intelligent master geneticists as well as extremely spiritual beings.

They seemed quite captivated with me as the first Terran they'd ever had contact with.
In we and the ET's getting to know one another there's a huge learning curve which sometimes ends up being quite comical.
Being the master geneticists they are, Ichabod seemed quite fascinated with me and before I realized what was happening, he reached out, grabbed my boob and was feeling it up.
This wasn't done in any sexual way...he was just a master geneticist curious about a race he'd never encountered before and how we were physically put together. I'd promised Jmmanuel I'd be on my best behavior so I just let Ichabod have at it so as not to offend him in any way. Hell, I'd had worse Thursday nights. LOL

Ichabod and his fellow Ichaboids were the ultimately gracious hosts, taking us on a tour of their city.
Our first stop was an area that housed huge cetacean pools.
The cetaceans in our oceans and seas are ET's and the Ichaboids work with them in trying to preserve our oceans.
If our oceans die as a result of military weaponization, we die shortly thereafter.

Around the perimeter of these cetacean pools were advanced computer systems. The cetaceeans would surface in these pools and transfer what they'd recorded going on in our oceans into these advanced computers. This way the Ichaboids had a comprehensive history of what was transpiring in our oceans and seas.
That's what a whale song is - the transferring of whale recorded historical date being transferred from pod to pod. The pods then transferring that recorded data to the Ichaboids.

Our next stop was the Ichaboids genetics lab. THAT was interesting! It's a large room filled with futuristic looking workbenches that have live working models of all different life forms rising up out of the tops of the workbenches.

Without thinking, stupid me blurted out "You don't have a model of a Terran in here..."
Ichabod saw his opening and jumped on it...would Teeds and I allow them to make life-sized, live working models of us? Well, what the hell, why not? He'd already groped my boob so...what did we have to do?
Strip out of our clothes and stand in a neon green ring on the floor. That light would rise up and scan our bodies to create the live working models of us.

The scans took less than 30 seconds each to perform and we re-dressed. Ichabod took us over to one of the workbenches and the live working models of us rose up out of the top of the workbench. They were actually pretty cool! You could see our hearts beating, our lungs expanding and contracting, the blood flowing through our veins...
The Ichaboid geneticists seemed pretty interested in them too, immediately swarming around the models to study them. I almost laughed when one of them asked Ichabod if he could touch my skin so he knew what it felt like. Sure..why not? We'd come this far.

They seemed particularly interested in how we reproduced so Teeds and I explained the process to them in detail. I think the whole concept grossed them out because Ichabod remarked "I think we'll stick to laying eggs." As for me, I was just glad they hadn't asked Teeds and I to demonstrate the process for them!
From there it was on to their birthing pools. The Ichaboids are egg layers and the females lay their eggs in these pools. Their eggs look like frog eggs with little tadpoles in them.

The female cares for the hatchlings for the first 2 months of their lives until the tadpoles develop legs. Then the hatchlings move onto land and the male father cares for them for the rest of their lives. When they move onto land, both their spiritual education and regular education begins. They don't have schools like many ET races do, the males/fathers educate their young themselves.

Our last stop was their aquaponic gardens where they grow all of their food, most of which looked to be various types of seaweed.

Being the very gracious hosts they were, the Ichaboids had prepared a meal of seaweed for us. I'm somewhat adventurous when it comes to trying new foods...but I honestly had no idea how I'd get this bowl of seaweed down.
Teeds came to my rescue once again, explaining I'd never been at these depths before and since I was his second pair of hands it would probably be best if I didn't eat much of anything.
(Thank you Teeds!)
I did take a taste of it so as not to offend the Ichaboids and I have to admit it wasn't all that bad.

It was getting late and Teeds and I still had to examine what we'd come to examine so we headed back in the direction of our USO. Silly me...I thought we'd be using this USO kind of like one of our submersibles to examine the 'crates' the Ichaboids had discovered. OH CONTRARE! The Ichaboids had made special diving suits for us. I nearly passed out cold when they brought them out.

These things were the thickness of Saranwrap and consisted of two pieces - the body suit and a helmet that looked like the top of a jellyfish. They had a gel-like feel to them. My first thought upon seeing these suits?
WE'RE GONNA DIE DOWN HERE!
As the Ichaboid start helping us into these suits, I glance over at Teeds as though asking him "Are they kidding? Tell me they're kidding!"
Ichabod is explaining these suits will completely protect us from the psi at the depth we were at and if one of these 'crates' should explode or set off a concussion wave, we'd only be thrown a couple steps backward but not injured in any way. They'd also provide an endless amount of the gas mix we'd both be breathing. This did nothing to reassure me whatsoever. But then I'd begged to come along so I couldn't wussie out on Teeds. Yet I was certain we'd both implode the second we exited that USO. The only comfort in that lie in the fact that an implosion happens so fast your brain doesn't even have time to register the fact you've imploded and are dead.

I don't mind telling ya I was terrified when we got into that USO, 100% believing we were both about to implode and die. I mean, I was wearing SARANWRAP.

I wish now I had been able to bring one of those suits back with me! I could've revolutionized the diving industry. I felt no pressure on my body whatsoever, because they were so thin I could move easily even at that crushing depth, and I had plenty of air to breathe easily.
Luckily the 'crates' didn't explode or set off any concussion wave so Teeds and I took one back with us so the Angelics could examine it for themselves.

It was time for us to return to the New Jerusalem and we were saying our goodbyes when who suddenly appears? The Yellow Bellies, a couple of which I'd trained with on the Andromedan biosphere! It was like old home week. I don't know if this had any bearing on the Ichaboids opinion of me or not???

Once back aboard the New Jerusalem, Teeds and I were 'debriefed' so to speak. Jmmanuel must've already gotten wind of everything that had transpired in the Ichaboid city as he thanked me for being on my very best behavior and allowing them to do everything I'd allowed them to do. The Ichaboids had told him that although they still didn't want contact with Terrans, that I was welcome back any time.

As I mentioned before, because I'm such a big skeptic the Angelics always give me proof of my experiences and that they're not my own imagination at work.
A couple of months after our return from the Ichaboid city I was surfing the Net when what do I come across?
Articles and videos about Siberia's Lake Baikal Swimmers.

Not only did they look remarkably like the Ichaboids but there were the same diving suits they'd put Teeds and I in! They even had the same jellyfish helmets!
What I found interesting too was that these Lake Baikal Swimmers had set off a concussion wave to stop the Russian divers from netting any of them. When suiting me up, Ichabod had mentioned the suit would protect me from an explosion or a concussion wave.

Teeds did confirm to me that the Ichaboids and Lake Baikal Swimmers are 'cousins' so to speak. However, where the Ichaboids have more fish-like faces, the Swimmers have more fish/reptilian facial features.
Both are non-violent and will only protect themselves if threatened or attacked, as was the case with the Russian divers attempting to capture one of the Swimmers. Unfortunately, some of those divers paid for that stupidity with their lives.

We have to stop buying into the fear of ET's the cabal has instilled in us. It's been my experience that even in my malevolent ET abductions, they did nothing to physically damage me in any way. It was the terrestrial human military that did that!

The ET's are not going to want physical contact with us until they see proof we're not all the violent barbarians they believe we are. The Ichaboids were nothing but wonderful to Teeds and I and I'm so glad I got the opportunity to prove to them that they don't need to fear all Terrans.
